Clinical Supervision

My style is developing as a practitioner and I can say that I value open enquiry and curiosity in all that you may bring. I hold a balance of structure and openness. You may be invited to use materials and other creative methods in our exploration.

Please call or email to arrange an initial meeting where we will begin to get to know each other, talk about your practice and what you are looking for in supervision.

I welcome enquiries from trainees or qualified practitioners of the following modalities:

  • Person Centred,
  • Psychodynamic,
  • Outcome Oriented and Hypnopsychotherapy,
  • Gestalt,
  • Transactional Analysis,
  • Psychosynthesis/Transpersonal,
  • Core Process,
  • NLP/Constructivistand and
  • Integrative.

I began my training with Robin Shohet, co-author of 'Supervision in the Helping Professions' and co-creator of the '7-eyed Model for Supervision'. I learnt the importance of using everything as data and the value of attending to our own internal process in the field of transference/counter transference as we explore our experience in service for your client and their wider system.

I hold a Diploma in Clinical Supervision from the Northern Guild of Psychotherapy (Newcastle).

My work is supported and bound by the good practice and ethical frameworks of my training and professional registration bodies.
